Gangster Jagat Dada not only decides to forgive money owing to him by Toti and Tony but also agrees to pay them Rs.1 Lakh provided they steal a treasure map. They agree to do so, collect an advance of Rs.20,000/-, find the map, make a fake copy through Mammu, and present it to Jagat, while they decide to woo two wealthy heiresses, Payal and Gehna, and find the treasure on their own.
